Attract What You Want

When most individuals hear the word ìattract,î they immediately think of dating. Human beings will do a number of things to attract a person to themselves that they may be interested in dating. Weíll comb our hair different, dress different, act more polite than we really are, smile and put on our best charm to try and draw the interest of someone else who may be a potential mate. The thing is, why does this concept of attraction seem to only apply to finding a husband or wife? It doesnít.

The law of attraction can be applied to just about any area of life, but can especially be beneficial when applied to our personal success. Hereís an example. If you were going in for an interview with a highly prestigious company, why would they hire you for the position? Well, they would examine your qualifications and skills, and if they found them attractive, they would hire you for the position. See how that works? The reason you got the job was because you attracted what you wanted. You made sure that you had the right skills and qualifications that would peak the interest of the employer and would draw their attention to you. You made yourself irresistible to success.

If you want to be successful in life, if you have dreams, goals, aspirations that you want to accomplish in your life, you must attract what you want. An individual who has dreams of becoming a professional athlete makes himself attractive to prospective teams by spending years of hard work perfecting his talents and skills in order to prove to the team that he is a valuable asset. This means that along with his skills at the game, he also is dedicated, hard-working, and motivated. All of these combined with a refined talent has peaked the interest of the team and also attracted the success of the dream to the individual.

In order to be a success in life, you have to make yourself attractive to success. You have to be willing to be dedicated to accomplishing your goal. You have to be willing to pour out your heart, your soul, everything you have to make success irresistible to you. You canít allow discouragement or any of the other curve balls life may throw at you detour you from taking the initiative. Make sure that you are equipping yourself with the necessary skills that would make your success come to you, because success does not come without working hard.
